Data Deletion

Request deletion of your account and eligible app data.

Email us

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your bling account, if applicable.

Verify ownership

We'll reply with a confirmation link or code. Follow the instructions so we can verify your request.

We delete eligible data

Once verified, we'll delete eligible data and send a confirmation email when the request is complete.

What can be deleted

We will delete the following eligible data:

  • Account information such as email and name
  • Meal, water, calorie, weight, and progress logs
  • Journal entries, notes, and uploaded photos
  • Preferences and settings linked to your account

What may be retained

We may retain limited data when required to comply with legal obligations, such as:

  • Security and fraud prevention records
  • Legal compliance and regulatory records
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics

We do not use retained deletion-request data for advertising.

In-app deletion

You can also delete your account directly in the app:

  • Open bling
  • Go to Progress -> Settings
  • Tap Delete Account
