Request deletion of your account and eligible app data.

Verify ownership
We'll reply with a confirmation link or code. Follow the instructions so we can verify your request.

We delete eligible data
Once verified, we'll delete eligible data and send a confirmation email when the request is complete.
What can be deleted
We will delete the following eligible data:
- Account information such as email and name
- Meal, water, calorie, weight, and progress logs
- Journal entries, notes, and uploaded photos
- Preferences and settings linked to your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited data when required to comply with legal obligations, such as:
- Security and fraud prevention records
- Legal compliance and regulatory records
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics
We do not use retained deletion-request data for advertising.
In-app deletion
You can also delete your account directly in the app:
- Open bling
- Go to Progress -> Settings
- Tap Delete Account
