Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the bling website, apps, and related services (the “Service”) provided by bling team (“we” or “us”). Using the Service means you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
“You” means the person using the Service. “Your content” includes photos, journal entries, and other material you submit. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live. Users below the age of legal adulthood need a parent or guardian’s consent and acceptance of these Terms.
Your Account
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
Food recognition, calories, nutrients, portions, and goals are estimates and may be inaccurate. Review results before relying on them. bling does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional nutritional counseling. Consult a qualified professional about health decisions, and do not rely on the Service to identify allergens or manage medication.
Photos & AI
bling uses its own AI models to analyze meal photos and estimate nutrition. Upload only content you have the right to use. Our Privacy Policy explains photo processing and the separate consent required for optional model training.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide the Service and carry out your requests. This license does not replace consent required for other uses of personal information. Deletion and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must have permission to submit content that includes another person’s information or work. Sharing a photo or recap directs us to send the selected content to your chosen destination. This license does not give us unrestricted rights to publish your private journal or train models with your private photos or identifiable health records.
Acceptable Use
You must not upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, access accounts or data without permission, bypass security, disrupt the Service, or resell access without permission. Copying or reverse engineering is prohibited except as allowed by law or an applicable license.
Subscriptions & Billing
Apple and Google process in-app purchases. The purchase screen shows the plan, price, billing period, and any eligible trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the store’s deadline. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal may be charged during the final 24 hours. Follow Google Play’s displayed cancellation deadline. Trials convert to the displayed paid plan unless canceled in time.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Paid access generally continues through the paid period; trial access follows the store’s rules. Use Restore on the purchase screen with the original store account to restore eligible purchases.
Refunds follow the Apple or Google Play process and applicable law. Price changes are subject to required notice and consent. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.
App Stores & Third-Party Services
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app unless a separate license is presented in the App Store. These Terms also govern bling’s services. Apple does not provide support for bling. App store purchases and independently accessed third-party services remain subject to their applicable terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service’s software, models, branding, and materials belong to us or our licensors, except for your content. No rights are granted beyond permitted use of the Service. Applicable open-source licenses remain in effect.
For a copyright concern, email the contact below with your contact details, the work you own or represent, the material you believe infringes it and where it appears, and why you believe its use is unauthorized. We may request information needed to investigate and take action under applicable law.
Termination & Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You may stop using bling and request account deletion at any time. Cancel store subscriptions separately. Provisions intended to continue after termination remain effective.
Disclaimers & Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for bling in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
California law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective; a delay in enforcement does not waive a right.
You may contact us first to try to resolve a concern. Doing so does not limit your right to seek a legal remedy, complain to a regulator, or meet a legal filing deadline.
Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and we will obtain consent where required by law. The current version is published here with its update date.
